This week’s client of the week is Innocent.
Innocent wanted to strengthen its drink category in the market place as well as increase growth within the top four multiples. To do this, the field team needed to be innocent brand ambassadors. They would need to represent Innocent’s vision, purpose and values, acting as an extension of their team.
We chose 10 Territory Sales Managers to work closely with innocent to make sure they all gained in-depth knowledge of the relevant drinks categories as well as understanding of the brand inside out. Once fully submerged in the innocent brand, the TSMs began visiting and building strong relationships with individual stores.
This, combined with the strength of the brand, meant they quickly saw excellent results. The results exceeded innocent’s expectations, with the innocent board recognising the success of the programme. The success of the campaign was due to the close relationships the TSMs curated with individual retailers, reinforced by having a strong understanding of both the innocent brand and the retailers themselves.
