Telesales Administrator

Our most recent development is our bespoke TSEye software which uses live store data, allowing us to actively see in real time how a clients’ products are performing at both store and SKU level. This has resulted in allowing our retail experts to make the most informed and intelligent decisions on the shop floor.

PART 1 : Telesales (20 hours per week)

The candidate will be required to telesales convenience retailers from a pre-defined list of outlets in order to secure further sales for a major branded manufacturer. They will be targeted on number of calls made each day and also on securing further transfer orders. There will also be a requirement for the candidate to identify new retail outlets for this brand by proactively suggesting prospects. They will also be required to maintain accurate records of all activities and complete regular outbound reporting across the business

PART 2: Administrative Support (20 hours per week)

The candidate will also be required to support with administrative tasks for both this branded manufacturer and other head office support functions within Tactical Solutions. The main purpose will be to assist the team in delivering excellent customer service for clients.

  • Client reporting
  • Day 1 feedback / photos
  • Interim photos
  • Question Matrix/Insight Reports
  • Support team with final presentation photos
  • Compile call briefs and sales aids as necessary
  • Collate and send retailer intelligence/anecdotal information
  • Arrange client accompaniments with Brand Ambassadors as necessary
  • Complete ad-hoc requests across Head Office Departments as and when required
