Our teams are in store, week in, week out building the partnerships that make a difference to your business. Because, it’s all about relationships. The right relationships can mean the difference between being in your customer’s basket, and not. They understand the challenges that you face in developing, launching and distributing your product and make the tactical interventions that can maximise sales.
So really, our people are our greatest asset and your most powerful tool, which is why we want to introduce you to our team. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be talking to different members of staff, with different roles and different clients, so that you can get to know them.
First up, we’ve got Jason Pennicott:
1. What’s your position at Tactical Solutions?
Territory Sales Manager
2. What does a normal day look like for you?
I make sure my client’s brand gets maximum availability in the Top 4 Grocery Mults. I build strong relationships with the key decision makers in store to help them drive their own sales whilst ensuring that the client is at the front of the mind for the wins that can be achieved
3. Who do you work with?
I work within the Heinz Solus Channel so only work with Heinz products in store.
4. What’s your favourite thing about your job?
The flexibility and variety of the role. No day is ever the same. I’m really competitive so love the challenge of beating my targets and hopefully the rest of the team.
5. What are you most proud of?
The fact that I am seen as a trusted advisor in store to many of my key decision makers, who seek to understand what I can offer and what I can bring to the table. They give me the freedom and ability to add value to them, the client and Tactical Solutions and with that freedom, we get a lot done.
6. If you didn’t work at Tactical Solutions, what would your job be?
An International Playboy. Ok maybe not. But I can see myself running my own business or working in the gadget and tech field.
We’ll be talking to more of the Tactical Solutions team in the next couple of weeks so watch this space!
