Who are you?
Hi there, my name is Stuart Inkson, I work at Tactical Solutions.
What is your role at Tactical Solutions?
I’m currently a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) covering the South East region and work within the Flare team. I work solely on the BirdsEye brand, becoming the brand’s eyes and ears on the shop floor.
What do you do day-to-day?
On a day to day basis, I visit five supermarkets from the key FMCG retailers. It is my role to enhance the Birdseye brand and provide a service in helping the distribution and availability of the store. I work closely with the store and department managers to merchandise and promote the Birdseye products, in a way that will maximize sales opportunities and drive ROI.
What’s the favourite part of your job?
I love meeting new people, every day is different and as I visit so many stores it’s great to get to know different characters and personalities. You have to remember a lot of names.
I also love the challenges we are faced everyday in stores, it’s such a fast paced industry and there is nothing better than seeing the results come in for your client and the retailer.
What’s your favourite FMCG brand?
Birdseye everytime – a great brand which has a strong heritage and stayed true to its identity and values.
What makes Tactical different?
