Hosted by OnHand, the all-in-one platform for employee volunteering and social impact, the Awards celebrate organisations driving measurable, people-powered change through purpose-driven action.
Our category, Best First-Year Impact, recognises companies that have made a significant and measurable difference during their first year using OnHand. Entries were judged by a panel of experts on innovation, measurable social/environmental impact, and depth of employee engagement.
Celebrating business as a force for good
The OnHand Impact Awards shine a light on the businesses and teams turning CSR, volunteering, and sustainability ambitions into real-world outcomes, from boosting wellbeing and inclusion, to tackling environmental or community challenges head-on.
A panel of expert judges assessed entries across criteria including innovation, measurable social/environmental impact, and the depth of employee engagement.
