[lead]As we settle into Christmas and round up 2019, we’d like to share a little message from the team and our Managing Director Cathy Evans.[/lead]
“I always think Christmas at Tactical tends to bring out the best in people. Although it can seem like it lasts forever, the support offered by people to help one another and the coming together across all functions always impresses me. Although it started a little late this year, it has been a great Christmas and we have several big new brands who have made it all the more interesting and challenging. With that said, it’s great that we can deliver the extra sales they need to get them over their year-end targets.”
“In terms of favourite moments of 2019, that’s a hard one! I guess on a personal level; winning the contract with Mars Wrigley is up there, along with winning the Gold Award for data at the FMBE and seeing the excitement on the faces of the team across functions on that night was fantastic. The securing of our Solus partners for 2020 and beyond is always a real highlight as it shows we are doing the right things and delivering for our partners better and better every year.”
“I would have to say watching the team row backwards for the first 20 minutes across Lake Windermere at the Grocery Aid event will remain etched in my head for a while but in honesty, there are many other things that have made 2019 a really memorable year for Tactical Solutions and as ever, it typically involves the great people we have here!”
