GU Puds commissioned us to check distribution & availability of their core range across the Tesco estate, but only where LSV was identified.
Data is at the heart of everything we do, and directs everywhere we go. Before our team enters the store our Business Insight team prepared a prioritised call file based on stores with highest sales and LSV for the previous 4 weeks. Once in stores our Syndicated team utilised scorecards to identify and fix LSV issues identified in the planning stages, plus any other opportunities that were live in store. By focusing time in store around the biggest opportunities across the range the team could maximise efficiencies and ROI for the brand.
- RSV increased by £14.5k across supported stores in the 3 weeks following interventions
- Compliance (promotion and range) across Tesco stores increased by 9.5% to 94.5%
- Overall campaign ROI of £10.63
