Supporting Kellogg’s using our Grocery team
Kellogg’s and Tactical Solutions went into partnership in October 2020 to help achieve the Kellogg’s objective to ‘grow in more places’. Utilising our Grocery team of highly skilled Territory Sales Managers alongside their own Field Sales representatives, allows Kellogg’s to access more stores, more frequently, at a lower overall cost.
Our fully accredited team provides support for Kellogg’s across all 4 major retailers, as well as stores in the Co-operative group. In addition to providing a world-class field sales service, our partnership is also leading the way in developing innovative new approaches, such as technology-enabled modular compliance checks and specific support for stores impacted by exponential online sales growth.
Our industry-leading software, Reapp, is also used to provide live insight on product performance to help the teams in store locate and address any issues which are affecting sales. These live alerts are used by our Territory Sales Managers and the Kellogg’s Field Sales Representatives.
