Lesley’s second nature sees her become our November Hero

7 Dec,2021

Our November Hero goes to a team member that never fails to deliver. Whether its within her role, or supporting another colleague, she is always there not matter what and we can’t thank her enough for it!

Lesley Nethercott

She really is a shining star. Not only is she great at her job, working her wizardry on our finances, but she is a sterling example of what teamwork really means.

Nominated by many of her colleagues, in recognition for the way she selflessly responded to a colleague in need, Lesley went the extra mile and beyond to continuously check in on them (in her own time) and put together a care package, she paid for herself, to show that she was thinking of them and was there if they needed any extra support. What a woman!

We caught up with Lesley just after she was announced as our monthly hero, “It’s lovely to be recognised by my colleagues and I am very thankful for my nominations. Looking out for your colleagues in the workplace is really important, as you don’t know everyone’s life situation, but just one act of kindness can really help and hopefully make them feel like they are not alone.”

With such compassion and tenancy… we could all do with being a bit more Lesley!

..and not forgetting

We also can’t go without mentioned some of our other colleagues that have shone bright this past month, after clearly demonstrating our values and doing a stellar job in their roles. Congratulations to…

Alex Quadri, BI Team, Chris Edwards, Wilson Roudette, Jeetender Malhi, Katie Horton, Operations and JP Team, Emily Parry, Chris Skelding, Scott Lewis, Tiffany Segar, Lauren Peace, and Alex Siriteanu.

Your colleagues really do value what you bring to the business, and we’re proud to have you on our incredible team!
